Internet Sharing via Bluetooth PAN from Windows 7 to Mac OS X?

Gentlemen cheaters!
Please help if you can.
The task before me was this: to distribute the Internet via bluetooth to a macbook with win 7, the Internet on a stationary PC is Beeline via VPN. I thought that there was no need for the dongle to lie around idle.
The first fail:
when creating a PAN and choosing a configuration via DHCP, the MacBook refused to connect to the PAN - it writes that the address is self-assigned and there is no way to connect. I could not solve the problem with DHCP, if you know - answer :) The connection to the PAN itself was possible with manual configuration.
Second fail:
when choosing a manual PAN configuration on the laptop, it was possible to connect to the PAN, but it says “unidentified network” on the PC. I could not solve the problem, if you know what the reason is - you are welcome, answer. At the same time, the PC does not ping from the laptop (the laptop pings from the PC).
The third feil:
when choosing in the VPN properties "share Internet access for: local area network connection 3 (that's what my PAN network adapter is called in PC network connections)" the Internet did not appear on the laptop (maybe with such a curved setting and shouldn't have).
I myself have already spat on all this, it will be easier to buy a wifi router this way, but if you see obvious errors, it would be interesting to know about them.
Thank you.
