Internet problems on your home PC?

Hello.

After reinstalling the operating system (windows 7) on a PC, problems began with access to some sites via https, from browsers such as Yandex, Chrome, Opera, IE, Maxton - I tried different versions.

I connect to the Internet via a USB modem (Megafon).

Resetting network settings, resetting the DNS cache, replacing the USB modem and SIM card, reinstalling the system, replacing drivers, trying to log in from cleanly installed browsers (without any extensions) did nothing.

Then I installed Firefox and it turned out that it does not have this problem.

The DHCP Client service is running.
I checked my IP on the sites 2ip.ru and 2ip.ua - they show anything, but not my region.
Checking from the command line gave the following result:

The Internet provider says that everything is in order on their side and they do not see problems with the Internet - they advised me to update the drivers and replace, just in case, the SIM card, which I already did without their advice.

I have not tried to connect to another Internet provider yet due to the lack of one nearby.

Please tell me in which direction to look, the problem is not yet fatal, firefox helps out, but somehow it needs to be eliminated.
