In Internet Explorer 11, scrolling with the mouse wheel does not work when the horizontal scroll bar is moved all the way to the right. It is necessary to move it a little to the left by 1 pixel - everything starts working. At the same time, scrolling with the help of a vertical scroll bar always works, but it is much more convenient with the mouse.
OS Windows 7.
Mouse Microsoft Comfort, has one wheel.
Am I the only one having this problem?
