Internet does not appear when reconnecting iphone in kali linux, why?

Good day dear friends.
I have kali linux.
Here's the problem:
I connect the iPhone in modem mode via a usb cable and everything works fine (the Internet plows).
As soon as I disconnect the phone from the computer and reconnect it, the Internet connection does not appear in the system.
Although among usb devices, the phone is determined

Bus 001 Device 003: ID 05ac:12a8 Apple, Inc. iPhone5/5C/5S/6
,
but among the network connections there is silence, there is only a LAN

IDX LINK TYPE OPERATIONAL SETUP
1 lo loopback n/a unmanaged
2 eth0 ether n/a unmanaged

When everything works as it should, there is still a connection with the name eth1 in the list.
Googling did not find anything intelligible, or I did not search correctly.
Reboot helps.
Tell me how can I restore the Internet after reconnecting the phone?

Don't use kali linux. No seriously. All these tools are also available in other distributions, but there is no strength to put up with the constant bugs of kali, which is essentially a crippled debian.

@liks

Try restarting the network daemon
/etc/init.d/networking stop
/etc/init.d/networking start

@Vovanys

Check how you connect again
ifconfig -a
dmesg
restart the network service and in debian type /etc/init.d/networking
