Intermediary for amoCRM and Whatsapp integration?

Good afternoon! Need a message integration service.
It is necessary that correspondence with vatsapp be duplicated in amoCRM, if necessary, a new transaction with the contact is created (if there was none), if there was a transaction and the contact exists, then duplicate it into the existing one.
The correspondence itself should be conducted through an intermediary service or through a telephone (NOT whatsapp web).
What is important:
1. All dialogs were immediately transferred to the intermediary service, not by the first message, but upon connection.
2. Full correspondence with the client (at least a year ago, if there was a correspondence, there should be).
3. Personal window for each manager, each manager has his own phone with his own customer base.
4. Duplicate messages in the intermediary service, if the message was sent from the phone.
