UPD:Since the question is still relevant (2017), I’ll supplement the answer: I’m still working with Interkassa (since 2012), they solved most of the old problems, the api works stably, even the first version is still active, from time to time, for various reasons, they disconnect / connect payment methods , sometimes they change commissions for some directions, but notifications about all changes are sent to the mail, as well as to the tracker inside the account of the cashier itself. There are no problems with the withdrawal, the application is completed within a day maximum. I like that you can flexibly configure for each cash desk who will pay the payment system commission, and who will pay the intercash commission (you can divide it up to tenths of a percent). The only thing I miss is the ability to accept Paypal.

As an example: Interkassa has a connected payment method "Single Wallet" (W1). By going to the W1 payment page, your buyer will also be able to choose any other payment method that W1 has (terminals and so on). And here there will be additional. commissions, except for 3% that you pay to Interkassa. For some payment methods, the commission will be 7% or even more (using the example of the same Wallet and payment through terminals).
So it is more profitable, of course, to connect to the largest payment systems after all directly.
Previously, they had a lot of jambs. Now they seem to be corrected. Everything is quiet, calm.
But there is no technical support at all. Half a year ago showed them a bunch of their stocks. None have been fixed to this day!

We used their feed to automatically collect their exchange rates. Based on these courses, customers were billed. So they changed the name of the currencies in this feed whenever they wanted and never warned anyone. We learned that some of the payment systems were not working for us from our customers, climbed into the feed and found out about the changes in this way.
If the client did not receive a payment, then this is our problem and it is no one else's. The client writes to us, we are at the interkassa, after 10 hours someone deigns to answer lazily. And God forbid it happened on Friday, the client will wait at best until Monday evening. Now the truth is that support responds promptly and even on weekends.
In general, a couple of years ago we left them because it was impossible to work. But they left only one payment system with them. Now a new problem - it is impossible to withdraw funds. You can withdraw to 3 systems, in none of which we have an account. Webmoney, Yandex money, credit cards, everything is disabled. Damn, technical work is being carried out. No one knows when they will stop. The money has been stuck for a month now. Yes, you can withdraw somewhere, but after you bring the money to the desired system, 10 percent will fly into the pipe on commissions.
In general, interkassa is the last system that I can recommend today.

oh such reviews that it's scary to read, not to use! If I hadn’t used it for several months, I wouldn’t connect just because of the negative reviews. But in real life, not everything is as sad as many write. It is clear that there are all sorts of jokes, but it's all solved.

Before starting to work with Interkassa, he arranged a simple check: he sent a site that, at the first viewing, would meet their requirements, but in fact would be “defective”. On the same day they sent me for revision and pointed out the places that I obviously spoiled, I passed the mini-test.
