Interface for large multilingual translations under Linux

I would like to organize the work of translating various articles, books, etc. Linux is more convenient. I tried plain-text (a separate file for each language) - inconvenient. Now I have overtaken the text in po-format (gettext), it seems to be more convenient, but still not ideal.

You need something like this:
- A two-column interface (original on the left, translation on the right) or a similar organization of the workspace
- Breaking the text into paragraphs or sentences (as in poeditor) for easy understanding of what is translated and what is not with the ability (optional) to mark in full and partially translated paragraphs
- The percentage of the translated part of the document.

Are there ready-made tools for similar (or at least similar) functionality in linux?

Thank you all for your advice, I liked OmegaT the most. Even though it is more heavyweight, it has exactly the features I need (including importing from OpenOffice files).
