The Hak5 channel has various videos, mostly aimed at beginners. But you need to understand that even these (very good) videos are mostly mana spread in time and space from different tools. It is much more efficient to consume them in their original text form. In the comments, they correctly suggested the direction to you - there is many times more textual information on this topic than videos, and the speed of consumption and the convenience of organizing this information cannot be compared with YouTube videos.
