Interested in material on IoC, Spring, etc.?

As the saying goes, the more I know, the more I don't know.
I came to the conclusion that I do not know the Spring framework at all, and, in particular, IoC. And you need it for work. Googling about this does not give anything good. The material given in the Russian Wikipedia is completely incomprehensible. The introductory articles do not cover everything you need to understand. I can’t even understand the concept, let alone the specific implementations in the same Spring. Therefore, I decided to turn to people in the know. What books / materials / articles, in general, at least something you need to read in order to understand IoC? It is desirable that with examples on Spring. But it is possible without them. Everyone says that there is good documentation for Spring. But to start reading it, you need to understand the basic things, the meaning of IoC, its concept. Where can you get this knowledge?
