IntelliJ IDEA some buttons not working - IDEA or MacOS bug?

MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 + IntelliJ IDEA 2019.2.4 (but the bug was encountered back in IDEA 2018)

When trying to search for a file or a project in the search window, moving the cursor with the left-right arrows, the "delete" key, double-clicking does not work . At the same time, deleting with the help of backspace and placing the mouse cursor in the right place still works.

I asked a question even in the official community, but nobody wrote anything sensible

Found - this is a bug of the JSON Formatter plugin

Anton, I have the same problem. But the JSON Formatter plugin is not installed.
I didn't find an answer on the net. The laptop keyboard has media keys "forward", "back", you have to use them.
