The problem is this: when I write, for example, code and switch from English to Russian, using the Shift + Alt key combination, and then hold down the Shift key to write a word with a capital letter, then I get a beep from the OS itself ( a signal that there is some kind of error in the system, I think you understand what I mean), and then only, from the second time, writing a capital letter works. I don't understand, it's a strange problem.

No matter how many times I pressed Ctrl + Alt + V, nothing changed. The most interesting thing is that when I just work in the browser, everything is fine, there are no such problems, but it was in Intellig IDEA that such a problem appeared. Outside of this program, I did not notice such sound signals when changing the keyboard layout.

The error will be even if you do not write with a capital letter and even if you do not switch the language, but simply press the Alt button (at this moment the mouse cursor appears).
Solution :
When you switch the language, the key sequence should not be Shift-Alt, but Alt-Shift.
