Intelligence test. How to get browser location using extension?

Good afternoon!
There is a very unusual task
I need to get the location of the browser (folder) using Chrome Extensions
I did not find a way to get the location in the standard ways
Browser - the latest Chrome
Who will figure out how to do this?
As an additional tool, there is a PHP server that can change something in the browser files (the browser is launched by this very PHP)
I thought to change the list of open tabs using PHP to track this with a plugin, but in the abracadabra file I don’t understand
Maybe this is solution but explain then how to work with chrome open tabs file

The issue was resolved using the --extensions-on-chrome-urls flag and the chrome://appcache-internals/ tab, where the extension reads the path
Suddenly someone needs it :)
