Integration with New mail?

Please tell me, you need to make it possible on the site to receive the region, city and warehouse from the new mail via API. so that the user selects the same divisions as on the new mail. Advise a working solution for opencart 3.0.2, of course a free solution is better, but if there is none, then advise a paid but working option. Thank you.
