Integration of 1C and Asterisk?
Good afternoon!
The task sounds something like this:
1. Through the IVR menu, the client must be informed of the status of the order (purchase) from 1C, the cost.
2. The ability for the client to automatically order delivery through the IVR menu.
Who did these integrations? How did you build the interaction between 1C and Asterisk?

I would make an HTTP service in 1C, address it when making a call, and give the answer to the client. By means of SQL in 1C it is better not to climb. Very bad practice.
One-on-one with TK did not do integration, but ... as one of the options:
IVR menu where it is proposed to enter the order number, we read the order number from DTMF and make an SQL query to the database. Further, depending on the result, we voice the prepared answer.
In the same IVR, offer delivery, for example, when you press 1 (read DTMF), we do an SQL update of the required value by order ID.
Here it would not be bad to do validation by the phone number specified in the order. will call anyone and order delivery by a random order number.
