Integrate cmd into windows explorer. Where to get the plugin or how to write it yourself?

Hello.
There is a need to have a panel with the console in the explorer - for example, as in sublime text, from below, preferably in the context of the folder that is currently open.
Does anyone know similar plugins or what to use to write such a plugin yourself in c#/c++?

Any more advanced file manager (Total Commander, FAR, multi commander) already has this functionality.

You can add the cmd item to the context menu to open the console in exactly the folder for which the menu was called. To do this, you need to press shift before right-clicking.

IMHO using the conductor is inconvenient. FAR, Windows Commander, etc. "dinosaurs" solve a much larger number of problems due to, incl. presence of plugins. There you can also go to FTP as a separate folder, and change the rights / become the owner of the directory, etc. In addition, the command line is already always at the bottom.
