Insurance premiums for individual entrepreneurs in 2011 and IT companies
In 2010, individual entrepreneurs made fixed insurance contributions in the amount of 12,002.76 rubles.
In 2011, this amount increased to 16,159.56 rubles.
There was talk that for companies whose field of activity is information technology, deductions will remain the same. At first it was for companies with more than 50 employees, then it was canceled.
And how is it in the end now?
What conditions must be met to pay reduced rates?
Can a web studio (IP) with a staff of 5 people, OKVED 72.60 (other activities related to the use of computers and information technologies) make contributions to the MHIF and PFR at last year's tariffs or will you have to pay everything in full?

Regarding reduced rates
Regulated by Law No. 212-FZ dated 07/24/2009 (plus amendments to it No. 272-FZ dated 10/16/2010), Articles 57 and 58.
In general terms, in order to receive reduced rates, a number of requirements must be met:
1 Look at the subject of the activity (does your activity fit the definition).
2. Need accreditation (the decision is made within 30 days, free of charge). Required documents: application, certificate from the head of the organization, extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, copies of constituent documents. The authorized body is the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications.
3. The share of income from activities related to IT, at least 90%
4. The average number of employees is at least 50 people (including for newly created organizations).
Interest Ask. Even though I don’t have any employees, I still have to pay contributions for myself.
Having rummaged through the consultant, I can say that the previous commentator painted everything correctly.
The norm about 50 people was left, and you need to get accreditation. And not all IT activities are suitable, for example, if you were engaged in promotion and online advertising and their share > 10% also does not fit.
