Instant view does not work in telegram from a site on the wordpress engine. How to treat?

https://instantview.telegram.org/my/red.msk.ru/?ur... - here is the link in the telegram check for links and template processing. It does not load links from our site, although everything worked just yesterday morning. Writes an error Can't fetch page: red.msk.ru
In vk, fb, ok links are generated in instantview correctly. Noticed a glitch with twitter.
Meta tags are registered on the site, opengraph is configured. There is no index anywhere. Robots does not block anything (exhibited on Yandex and Google).
Help where to dig)

I have a similar situation and it turned out that the provider is blocking incoming connections from telegram ips. Check it out, it's probably the same for you.
