Installing simulator iphone 3.0 on xcode 4?

I installed xcode 4, in the list of simulators there are only iphone 4.3 and ipad 4.3, can I install an earlier version of ios (3.0 for example) to test applications?

Yes, if you specify iOS Deployment Target - iOS 3.0 in the project settings.
