Installing phpPgAdmin on UBUNTU 14.04 server what's wrong?

postgresql installed on vds server I can't figure out phpPgAdmin

2: Secure setup
After the installation is completed, you can access phpgadmin by going to by ip_address/phpPgAdmin.
I enter ip_address/phpPgAdmin my ip only. but HTTP ERROR 500 looked at all sorts of manuals tried everything unsuccessfully
help, or show a competent working manual where everything that needs to be turned off is described, otherwise they won’t add something everywhere, etc.

This helped me
sudo apt-get install php-mbstring php-gettext
And restart apache

500 - server error code.
Look at the Apache logs, an error will be written there.
/var/log/apache2/
