Installing php-redis for php 7.1 version, where are dependency errors coming from?

Greetings.
Installed php 7.1 from repo ius
Trying to install redis module

yum -y --disablerepo=* --enablerepo="*base,*updates,nginx,epel,vesta,ius*" install php71u-redis
