iOS cannot be installed on a PC (and on a MAC).
macOS is possible.
There are 2 ways.
1. Search for the word "hackintosh" - there is a lot of information on the network, as mentioned above - there are many problems with compatibility with hardware, drivers, etc. But if it works out, everything works fine.
2. Get MacOS on a PC using a virtual machine. Install, for example, VirtualBox, and install MacOS . There are many restrictions on the "virtual" and not everything works ...
