Installing ipcop?

c usb fails to boot, than just tried to write the image, everything is not loaded. some generally cut the flash drive to 60mb. and only no.
I wrote it to disk, I boot everything goes, I choose the language, then it comes to the moment "cd rom is not found" and that's it.

tried unetbootin but didn't help. installed from CD. The problem was in the included AHCI.

Unpack the image to a flash drive with this unetbootin.sourceforge.net
Only the flash drive must be in fat32
