Installing cx_Freeze for Python3?

Ubuntu 14.04, Python 3.4
Trying to install cx_Freeze.
via sudo pip3 install cx_freeze - fails, throws an error

Command "/usr/bin/python3 -c ...... failed with error code 1 in /tmp/pip-build-924jxt_e/cx-freeze

Tried to download the package from here:
https://launchpad.net/~phobie/+archive/ubuntu/ppa/...
Error: Unresolvable dependency:libpython3.2 (>= 3.2~a4)
Thank you for your attention.
PS. Did I understand correctly that although I have Python 3.4, cx_Freeze asks for 3.2?
