Installing Android Studio and Intel HAXM on Windows 8.1 Single Language?

Good afternoon!
Please tell me, when installing Android Studio, an error occurs at the end: "VT is not enabled in the system, HAXM not function". Virtualization is enabled in BIOS, I understand that Windows 8.1 Single Language does not support HAXM and Windows 8.1 Pro is required? Or are there alternative solutions?

Found the answer to my question. Intel HAXM can only be run on Windows 8.1 Pro.
