Installing a package manager on Android?

I recently installed LineageOs, poked around and found a frozen terminal. I thawed it and see: the terminal is like a terminal (I know that android is Linux), after which an interesting thought came up - put a package manager and install the same vs code in the arm64 version and so on. Is it possible to do this with android? The issue of power and inconvenient control, I think, is not so important

termux. There's a whole environment with apt in the chroot.
