Installer repack app with installation monitoring feature?

A long time ago I used an app to assemble repacks and I can't remember the name. There he launched monitoring, after which he installed the necessary application and all changes to it, stopped monitoring and the application was assembled into the installer.

Please tell me a software capable of this, or at least a convenient application for monitoring changes during the installation of the application.

It is extremely necessary to make one installer for the software, which is now being installed from two installers (prog + sdk) and then you need to edit the registry with handles (add an entry).
