Installation disk with different systems?

Is it possible to create one installation disk / disk image with the ability to install different systems / system builds from it to choose from? For example, a single flash drive for installing winxp, win7, ubuntu, mint.

It will not work to put several systems into one image, at least without writing.
A multiboot flash drive with a menu to choose which system to install is called - grub4dos
