Install 4 net framework?

I can't understand jokes.
used VS 2010. it broke, i installed VS 2015. decided to uninstall VS 2010. used utility from ms website. studio 10 was not deleted, but frame 4 was deleted. but for projects it is needed.
when I try to install via the web installer, I get a message that a newer version is installed.
how to be? don't want to reinstall windows
