Instagram photo upload method

Hello!
I suddenly became interested in how IOS / Android applications send photos to the Instagtam servers.
Maybe someone has dealt with this issue and knows?
Or tell me how you can find out, all that came to mind so far is to sniff traffic from your ios device while uploading a photo, but I'm not good at this (I'm working on it).

See what Instagram is doing. It is not subject to API replacement and encryption key change. They do it smartly. You take a picture (through anything, whatever). The photo is uploaded to their server with your username and password. And from the server, they are already uploading your photo through a supported device, or something like that. In general, since the API will never be seen, then here are crutches only.

At one time, I reversed most of the Instagram protocol for iOS and Android, including secret keys for signing requests, step-by-step video uploads and everything else. Are you interested in the general principle of how applications do this or specific requests?
