But I can’t get photos that I liked (/users/self/media/liked), read about the restrictions, went to the sandbox (there was my account in the admin status), invited another user (wife’s account), now he is in the status " pending" for the second day already... What is he waiting for in general (some actions of mine, user actions, or while urine hits Instagram in the hemisphere)? I tried to request rights to the application, but it says "You are not a sandbox user of this client", that is, you need to somehow confirm the user, but how to do it? There were no invitations to the post office either.

After adding users to the list, they will have to accept your invitation before actually becoming sandbox users. To accept the invitation, they can go to the 'Sandbox Invites' button on the top bar of the developer site. In the 'Sandbox Invites' page people can accept or reject invitations, and also stop being sandbox users for a given app.
Note: a user can become a sandbox user of up to 5 apps. You will not be able to invite someone that is already a test user of 5 apps
