Please tell me, does the instagram API allow, when displaying posts on the site, directly from the site to any role-player to like the post, and write a comment or message to the author of the account?

As I understand it, such interaction will not work for at least one reason, the user must be authorized at least on Instagram through a browser, or are there still examples of interaction with Instagram from the site?
