ActiveX

"Insert ActiveX control" for some reason starts the installation?

I'm making a conversational MFC application (yes, my preferences may shock you and I'm disgusting).
It was necessary to add an ActiveX control and... I can't describe it in words, but show it with pictures.

It's obvious that something broke somewhere, but I don't understand what and where. Restarting and restarting doesn't help. AutoCAD starts without any complaints. But instead of adding an ActiveX control, an installation is launched that cannot be closed, only by killing the studio from the task manager.
Has anyone experienced this or knows a solution? Google failed...

@maaGames

If anyone is interested, I did not find a solution to the problem. But, after removing the autocad, everything worked. Apparently he was somehow clumsily installed and wanted to install some active-x components.
