InnoDB. How to make a backup?

Good day friends!
Interested in the question - how to make a backup of the InnoDB database, so that "transferring" the file, nothing slows down?
And then already 2 or 3 backup slows down ... :(

And what's the problem with regular mysqldump ?
Dump it with the --single-transaction option to ensure data integrity.
And then just pour this lady into a new server and nothing should slow down, provided the servers have the same configuration.
