Infoblocks are missing after installing the B24 box. Is it just me?

Hello.
After installing B24 on your server, half of the infoblocks are not loaded. I tried both through setupbitrix and archive - https://www.1c-bitrix.ru/download/intranet.php
I put on mysql 5.7 - php 7.4
No errors during the installation of B24 spits out. In php , display error is enabled.
Tried changing PHP versions down from 7.4 to 7.1. Skul also changed to Maria 10.2 and 10.3. Did not help.
The installation looks to be quick and smooth. In the end, I set up an extranet. I go to the portal and immediately noticed that the company structure does not work. When adding or editing a subdivision - Incorrect information block code.



We go to the admin panel and see that some of the infoblocks are missing.



Has anyone experienced something similar?

ps I can’t write to the TP, because for this you need to buy a license for B24, and I don’t want to pay 139,000 rubles for a product with which problems start from the moment of installation ...

There is space on the disks, incl. on a db drive?
What's in the database logs?
PS Why a box when there is a cloud, which is even free in some cases?

Box because all the data will be on my server. The B24 cloud is a complete lack of data security control, any of their admins can log in and copy everything they need and use it at their discretion. This is company data, not my crappy Instagram photos, so it's important.
By the way, I tried to install the B24 Corp portal on another server with other disks in another location, from another PU, the php + mysql settings in full accordance with the Bitrix recommendations, and still the infoblocks were not loaded.
