Infinite object rotation?

Good afternoon, I'm new to the unit, I wondered how to rotate an object infinitely?
not to transform in update (I think it is very labor-intensive), then how?
You can use animation, but by touching the screen to find out how many degrees the object has deviated now, here the option with update would be easier, but alas.

Yes, it is in Update, it is not expensive at all, unless, of course, you are going to spin a million objects.
