It turned out that it's not so easy to find VDS instead of the freaks from cyberry.pro. Can someone tell me a host for a lightly loaded server (1 CPU, 1024G RAM, 20-40G HDD) so that:
- Not the Russian Federation, not the "near abroad"
- NOT OpenVZ
- Payment by qi

Pay with a virtual qiwi card.
Arubacloud accepts Qiwi and Poison virtual cards normally
