Inexpensive (Chinese) Android tablet for a child of 4 years old! Help!

When I was 4, it seems I didn't even have a wooden bill.
My 4-year-old daughter, who knows how to handle a MacBook in the volumes she needs, said that many people in the kindergarten have “Andoid computers”.

At first I did not attach any importance to this. Then I look, Groupon sells a children's tablet computer . Thinking about how my little one is worse and that I am lagging behind life, I decided to buy it for her.

Of course, the guys who offer the PlayPad are great, they collected the applications they need (I hope) for the children in one place, + apparently added (?) Some kind of start shell.
I have already found the entire list of applications installed on the PlayPad, especially since there are + a million more options in the market.

But I don’t want to buy for 6500 rubles, and even more so for 13000, a non-name 7 "tablet with a 700 MHz processor and 512 RAM, even if it was released for a specific seller.
I think, out of habit, buy on AliExpress.
The tasks are clear: cartoons, music, tutorials, simple games. The

problem is that I have never held these tablets in my hands.Hence:
1.I think to buy 9". Is it necessary? Will he be huge? Maybe 8 is enough for a child?
2. What should I pay attention to? I am primarily concerned that the tablet does not fall apart in the hands of a child. Build quality. Case quality. I understand that it will be China, but I don’t ask for Samsung Galaxy)) If only it was nice to hold in my hands and worked at least until the summer -))
3. I have an Android phone - LG Optimus Black - in terms of speed, memory, etc. quite satisfied. What should you pay attention to when choosing a cheap tablet in terms of configs?
4. 800*400 screen is enough, no?
5. can someone give links directly to the "verified" Chinese models -))

I would be very grateful for good advice! Thank you!

So far, I'm still leaning towards Fly Touch 3
Not a super brand at all, but everything is there and the screen is large.
It is not entirely clear what he has with the screen - multi-touch or not at all.
And so for $ 150 with delivery (16GB) - it will do.

And why does your child need a tablet?
If you use it as an educational tool, then look towards the iPad. Yes, more expensive. But the quantity and quality of software, especially the Education category, is incomparable.
I am responsible to you, as a developer of children's educational programs, I declare.

for a child of this age, the larger the screen, the better and safer for him (vision, posture). Get the first iPad Wi-Fi 16GB.

@bestfriend

Look towards ipad1 wi-fi 16gb.
For Android, there are 100,500 times less pleasant software, and even more so - the right tutorials.
Do not doubt the quality, especially - on time-tested used ones.

How about a poketbook? They got color readers with a touchscreen (read - the same tablets) for ~$300.
True, IMHO, it's a little expensive to give three hundred bucks for a toy that will have to be thrown away in half a year (and it is unlikely that a child will live longer) ...

As an option, the test is like this: BBPAW : Children's learning tablet A
great thing for children. For parents, there is an opportunity to get access to pure android. Children have a closed shell!
