Incorrect text display on Windows 10 Home, what's the problem?

Yesterday I rolled back from Linux to the top ten, updated all the drivers to the latest ones and set them up for work.
I installed Sublime Text 3 and noticed a problem with the text, although everything was clearly visible on Linux.

Poorly readable text, googled at full strength, but did not fix anything. And yes, I also changed the font, in fact it is not readable either ..
I would be grateful for the help.
