Incomprehensible behavior of the server after replacing the disk, how to solve the problem?

After replacing a disk in one of the raid arrays. A notification began to pour in that it was gone and access to the arrays was immediately restored. All raids are in the optimal status. I have been observing this situation for 2 months now, I checked all the cords, they do not go away. But I noticed that notifications appear during the backup, but not always. 87009fc0472945359da2d19f436e6536.PNG
The raid controller is also in the Optimal state.
I don't know which way to go, can you tell me something. I will be very grateful.

@Tabletko

Which drive did you change to which one? The controller on a timeout can exclude a disk from an array?
