Inactive mouse in Sublime Text 3?

The mouse in Sublime Text 3 does not respond to clicking in the code area, everything works to navigate through folders and menus, but there is no code on the code itself, how can I fix this? Reinstalling did not help, and in Sublime Text 2 the same problem

If you have a fancy mouse like Razer or Bloody, check if any of the buttons on the side/back/sole are stuck. It is not noticeable in the system, but the sublime reacts to these things precisely by the lack of reaction in the code window.
