In which video player for Windows can you zoom so that only part of the image fits in the window?

There is a monitor installed at a great distance, a video is playing on it, there is an area with text on the video that is too small to read at that distance, but if you enlarge the text area to full screen, the text can be read. How to achieve this without the help of binoculars, "screen magnifier" and similar crutches?
You can get closer to the monitor and install the necessary software, but you won’t be standing next to it all the time and the task is to make it readable from a distance anyway.

KMplayer has a built-in image scaling function (keys "+" and "-")
