In which program to design a large project?

Please tell me a program for designing very large projects. Nothing suitable could be found.
Interested in extensive functionality with a variety of shapes, shapes, etc.:

Preferably with a convenient and understandable interface, the presence of Russification will be a huge plus.

I use draw.io . Stored and used as a plugin in google drive, so it's convenient to use in a team. Lots of different diagrams. Very comfortably. It may not be suitable for too large projects.
