In which program can you quickly create image transitions to transparency?
From time to time, the task arises - to add a background image to some block or form on the site, with a transition to transparency or the main background of the block. From the logic and interface of Phoshop reduces cheekbones, even if you understand it, after six months you will study everything again again. I would like to find a program that is friends with a vector to throw a simple block or shape and with a raster to process a background image, apply a trite color or a transparency gradient.

You yourself gave the answer with tags - FIgma.
If you don’t want to bother and study a bunch of functionality, it’s just right to use Figma, because there are no difficulties in the interface at all, you need to draw a block - take a rectangle and draw, you need to apply a gradient - go to color settings.
In Photoshop, this is done with one simple movement of the gradient over the picture or with a pre-prepared mask.
In the Sketch, it's about the same - just fill the mask with a gradient.
Where difficulties may arise here and what will need to be re-learned in six months - I do not really understand.

It seems that you have chosen the wrong profession.
