Where can I publish an article on Computer Vision (WoS, preferably if Scopus is also included) in English for free?
The search returned no results, maybe I'm looking in the wrong place.
I want to write an article on my work, but before that it was published only in the University Bulletin.
Language level B1 + help of a competent translator

What is the problem to publish on Habré? As I remember, English was brought there.
Those. problem in english? Is that why you don't post anywhere?
