In which editor to check for invisible characters?

I send xml with a curl, but the server swears that there are some characters at the beginning of the document.
I use Sublime Text3, MacOS - there are no symbols, where can I look?

You need to send in UTF-8 without BOM, BOM and there are these invisible characters (2 or 3 bytes at the beginning)
