In which direction to dig? jQuery parse text?

Good afternoon. How to solve the problem?
It is necessary for me that in the comments window, users can enter their data from the template and the editor saves them to the
'id','user_id','value1' database. Those. something like markdown - I press the "enter dimensions" button, some identifier is added to the window, like "*" and everything after it, up to some closing identifier, is entered into the database. In which direction to dig? you can, of course, modify some jquery editor, but still this is not entirely, probably correct

I didn't quite understand what you mean.
jQuery:
api.jquery.com/serialize
After sending with ajax
PHP:
www.php.net/manual/en/function.parse-str.php
You get an array with form parameters
