In which community can I find partners to collaborate on a project?
I am developing an application for android (in the future, different platforms).
At the moment, the structure of the application is more or less formed, there is an idea of how it should look like in the end. It is something like a social network but with an emphasis on working with a map (google, yandex, osm).
He himself was engaged in programming as a hobby, he is familiar with html, css, javascript, php, mysql, which helps to write the server part. Recently got into android development. In general, the process is underway, I am learning, I cope with the difficulties that arise on my own with the help of Google. Luckily I can read English.
Now I began to understand that it would be difficult to implement and support the project on my own, I would like to find assistants. Since I cannot provide funding, I would like to find someone willing to participate in the project on a voluntary basis.
I don’t make any requirements other than the minimum, only personal interest, a little time, the ability to work in android studio, an understanding of what java is, the desire and ability to learn independently and together. I don't count on experienced coders.
I would like to find like-minded people (so far one or two people) who are ready to work together, gain and exchange experience, and, perhaps, become participants in an interesting project, if everything works out, and make a profit. What can you advise about this?

"Now I began to understand that it will be difficult to implement and support the project on my own" - do you think that by adding a few inexperienced people to the project, the situation will change?
do not waste time chatting with the inexperienced, try to get into a team with professionals - the only way to write a project of the social level. networks.

Why work for free when you can work for money?
I was still a schoolboy, and then I already worked as a freelancer for money. Let it be a penny, let it be unstable, but at least for ice cream and new jeans?
From personal experience:
those who work for free are divided into 2 categories:
1) those who quickly quit working for free, realize that it can be done for money, and leave you
2) those who just leave you
In short, it's like a neighbor Wi-Fi: flies, slows down, the password changes periodically, but 5 kopecks were saved.
