In what programming language are applications and plug-ins for the Dune HD set-top box written?

There is a Dune HD set-top box and a subscription to your provider's IPTV. But he does not have his applications to view in this console. Since I have experience in web development, I would like to try my hand at developing plugins for this set-top box.
