In what form will Sublime save the data if you do not specify a format?

Hello! Tell me how Sublime saves data if I did not ask it what extension to save. Windows in the " type " field simply writes - " file ". How to read data if there is no way to open it with Sublime ? The fact is that the file was deleted and restored from the shadow copy, and after that Sublime refuses to reproduce the data deafly, spits out a binary like:

I tried hex-editors: they didn’t shove either, they give away only kryakozyabry. Thank you all !
