Please advise courses and / or places of study (university, etc.), where you can really pull up the algorithmic base for programming.
I myself am engaged in programming, I want to grow in this direction, first of all, in the theoretical part.

There are at least 2 good courses on algorithms on Coursera. True, they are not constantly running, but periodically restarted, but you can also find all their contents (video lectures with subtitles, a book, tasks) on the root tracker.
